I created multiple illustrative elements for Pedal Cafe. The actual cafe on a bike, coffee plant and the beans. The illustrations were then used as brand elements, and I proceeded to layout them into varying materials such as packaging and etc.

Reporting
Global demands and regulations on sustainability have driven businesses to report on their impact publicly.
Over the past few years, I’ve provided clarity and structure for ESG/sustainability reports. I write and design reports to ensure information is understood effectively. I am involved in end-to-end report delivery, from research, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis to writing and editorial design, leading up to the publication. The process includes aligning trends, frameworks, and regulations while considering each company’s unique context.

Industry Research
Before any engagement begins, I am actively involved in the preliminary research process, identifying sustainability-related trends relevant to the client’s industry. This includes market research, competitor analysis, and industry developments, all compiled into a well-structured, visually designed format that remains useful beyond ESG and sustainability reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement
and Strategy
If additional information, stakeholder alignment, or strategy development is needed, I engage with key stakeholders and create instructional materials to support various processes, such as defining priorities, creating workflows, and communicating next steps. I also develop resources and conduct workshops for middle management and leadership as needed.

Writing and Design
Once the content—be it qualitative or quantitative—is ready, I assist with writing, structuring, and shaping the report’s narrative. This informs the design process that follows. The data is translated into clear, engaging formats like infographics and imagery is used to enhance storytelling. All these processes lead to the final output which can be for either print or digital use.

Design to Publish
If the sustainability report needs to be adapted for other formats—such as website pages, campaigns, or to fulfill other business objectives—I take part in the process, contributing to writing, web design, and/or print production.
